Roxanne Gibert, CEO
Roxanne is the Founder and CEO of Spyra Games. She earned her startup chops and gaming experience while working in top social, casual & mmo gaming companies: Zynga, Playdom, Playfirst and Outspark. She has produced games on destination sites, facebook, myspace, yahoo, iphone, and android. Products she has worked on have included Mafia Wars iPhone, Sorority Life, Mobsters 2, Market Street, and Diner Dash for Facebook.

In her spare time she advises and consults Bay Area companies on analytics, monetization, and gamification features. She is a member of the Founders Network and stays involved with Bay Area startups by serving as a mentor for Plug & Play Startup Camp and Yetizen.

David Robinson, Head of Product
David entered the games industry in 2006, with the goal of using contemporary methods of psychological and statistical analysis (namely metrics) to craft more personalized experiences for players. Since then, he has worked on social, mobile and web-based games across business, creative, technical and analytical roles, and continues to evangelize data driven development. In 2011, during the first round of the YetiZen accelerator, David worked to formulate solutions to industry-wide problems in player acquisition and monetization.

David has contributed to over 15 different titles spanning PC, web, mobile, and social platforms. He holds an intensive BA in Psychology from UC Santa Cruz, where he worked as a researcher in both qualitative and quantitative empirical studies.
